2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Pingup account. You represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You must promptly notify Pingup of unauthorized account use.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to Pingup. You grant Pingup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, distribute, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and provide platform features.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting unlawful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent content.
• Harassment, impersonation, or privacy-invasive behavior.
• Spam, automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to disrupt Pingup systems.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

6. Enforcement and Termination

Pingup may remove content, limit account features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or abuse risks.

7. Third-Party Services

Pingup may integrate with third-party services and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

Pingup is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingup and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pingup and its operators from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to Terms

Pingup may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
